01Free tools, no signup

The tools are provided free of charge and require no account or signup. Giving your email for product updates is entirely optional and never required to use a tool.

02How your files are handled

File preparation runs in your browser. Where you connect Google Drive, your files are saved to your own Drive and are never stored on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

03No selling on the platform

ListingPrep is a preparation utility only. We do not host a marketplace, process payments, or sell products. You sell your work wherever you choose; we simply help you get the files ready.

04Provided "as is"

The tools are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep them working and accurate, but we cannot guarantee they will be error-free or available at all times. You use them at your own discretion and are responsible for checking your own output.

05No guarantee of marketplace acceptance

Marketplaces (such as Etsy, Creative Market, Gumroad, Payhip, or your own store) set and change their own file requirements and policies. We aim to match common specs, but we cannot guarantee that files prepared with our tools will be accepted by any given marketplace. Always confirm the current requirements of the platform you sell on.
